Who Can Be Mentioned In Comments?
You can mention anyone - just by typing their email address.
They’ll receive an email notification with the snippet details and a link to locate the original source.
When mentioning someone, you can also assign one of four roles: Viewer, Commenter, Editor, or Mention Only.
If you choose Viewer, Commenter, or Editor, the person will be added to the entire Topic and will have access based on the role you assign.
If you choose Mention Only, they’ll see only that specific snippet - not the rest of the Topic.
