When sharing a Collabwriting Cluster, you have the option to set Access Roles for users. This allows you to share the Cluster with your colleagues and assign them permissions.
Currently, supported permissions are:
Viewer - Can view snippets and comments for the shared topics
Commenter - Can leave comments and reactions on snippets
Editor - Can add and remove snippets from any topic in the shared Cluster
Owner - The creator of a certain topic can edit Access Roles for that particular topic
π Note: Ownership of Cluster or Topic still can't be transferred to collaborators
Here is how to add a user to the Cluster
Go to your Dashboard.
Find the Cluster where you want to add collaborators.
Click the Settings button next to the cluster name.
A panel will open on the right side.
Enter their email address and set the desired permission level.
π NOTE: Adding users to a cluster is currently only possible from the Dashboard.
