Collabwriting is designed to make sharing your ideas and research easy.

Whether you're working with a team or want to share your findings with a wider audience, here's how to get started:

Sharing Options

Collabwriting offers flexible sharing options to control who sees your work.

You can share:

  • Individual Topics

  • Entire Clusters

  • Entire Workspace - reserved for Team Version

Two ways to share

Collabwriting offers two primary ways to share your research and ideas: sharing with a link for broader access and adding users directly for more controlled collaboration.

  1. Sharing with a link - Generate a shareable link for broader access

  2. Adding users directly via email - Invite specific people for more controlled collaboration

Permission levels

Collabwriting's permission system is designed to give you granular control over who can access and interact with your work.

Here's a breakdown:

  1. Viewer - Can only view the content

  2. Commenter - Can view and add comments

  3. Editor - Can view, comment, and edit the content

  4. Owner - Has full control, including sharing and managing permissions

πŸ“Œ Note: Team workspace members have a default EDITOR role on each Cluster/Topic inside of it unless the owner of the Cluster sets it to be Restricted.
