When sharing a Collabwriting Cluster, you have the option to set Access Roles for users. This allows you to share Cluster with your colleagues and assign them permissions.

All you have to do is enter their email and assign the desired role to them.

Currently, supported permissions are:

  • Viewer - Can view snippets and comments for shared topic

  • Commenter - Can leave comments on certain snippets

  • Editor - Can add and remove snippets for a shared topic

  • Owner - The creator of a certain topic, can edit Access Roles for that particular topic

Accessing shared cluster

When someone shares a certain cluster with you, they will appear as a Cluster under the “Shared with me” section.

Private Clusters (Team Version)

Private clusters are here so you can keep your research private within the Team version.

Access to the private clusters is limited to collaborators you add there.

All you have to do is to open Cluster Settings and change Cluster General Access to "Restricted"
