In a private workspace:
Only the people you’ve explicitly shared the Topic with can see it.
In a team workspace:
All team members can see all Topics by default.
📌 However, if you lock a cluster within a Topic, that cluster becomes hidden from others. You can then choose to give access only to specific people.
