If you're sure you no longer need a topic, you can delete it permanently from the Archive Cluster. Here’s how:
1. Via the browser extension:
Open the Collabwriting extension
From the dropdown menu, select the Archive Cluster
Scroll to find the topic you want to delete
Click the delete button next to the topic name
Confirm the deletion, and the topic will be permanently removed from your workspace
2. Via the dashboard:
Go to your Dashboard
Open the Archive Cluster from the side panel
Click on the topic you want to delete
In the top right corner, click the three dots (More options)
Choose "Delete" and confirm
📌 To delete a topic, you first need to archive it, and only then can you permanently remove it from the Archived cluster.
Who can delete a Topic?
In team workspaces, only the topic owner can delete a topic from the archive cluster.
⚠️ Note: Deleting a topic is permanent and cannot be undone.
